【브레이크뉴스 경주】박희경 기자=한국수력원자력(이하 한수원)은 2일 경주 본사에서 ‘제5기 사내벤처 업무협약식’을 열고, 사내벤처로 최종 선정된 AutoEddy팀과 ESH팀과 업무협약을 체결했다.

이번에 선정된 사내벤처는 아이디어 공모와 두 차례의 발표심사 등 대내외 전문가로 구성된 심의위원회의 엄격한 평가를 거쳐 총 10개 팀 가운데 2개 팀이 최종 선정됐다. AutoEddy팀은 ‘복수기 전열관 ECT 검사용 자동 신호수집 장비 개발’을, ESH팀은 ‘유체열팽창 기반 고효율 태양광발전 시스템 개발 및 사업화’를 각각 주요 과제로 제시했다.

한수원은 이번 협약을 통해 사내벤처가 안정적으로 기업 활동에 전념할 수 있도록 적극 지원할 방침이다. 향후 2년간 별도의 사무공간과 함께 팀당 최대 3억 원의 개발비를 지원해 기술 고도화와 사업화에 집중할 수 있도록 돕는다. 이를 통해 혁신 창업의 성공적인 정착과 성과 창출은 물론, 양질의 민간 일자리 창출에도 기여할 것으로 기대하고 있다.

한수원 사내벤처 제도는 직원들의 창의적이고 혁신적인 아이디어를 발굴해 신성장 동력을 확보하고 민간 일자리를 창출하기 위해 2017년 출범했다. 한수원은 지속적인 모니터링과 제도 고도화를 통해 사내벤처를 적극 육성하며 도전적이고 혁신적인 조직문화를 구축해 나가고 있다.

Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP) held a "5th In-House Venture Business Agreement Ceremony" at its Gyeongju headquarters on the 2nd and signed MOUs with the AutoEddy and ESH teams, the two finalists selected as in-house ventures.

The selected in-house ventures underwent a rigorous evaluation process, including an idea contest and two rounds of presentations, by a review committee comprised of internal and external experts. Two teams were selected from a total of 10 teams. The AutoEddy team presented the "Development of Automatic Signal Collection Equipment for Condenser Heat Transfer Tube ECT Inspection," while the ESH team presented the "Development and Commercialization of a High-Efficiency Solar Power Generation System Based on Fluid Thermal Expansion" as their respective key tasks.

Through this agreement, KHNP plans to actively support the in-house ventures so they can focus on stable business operations. Over the next two years, separate office space and up to 300 million won per team will be provided for development funding, helping them focus on technological advancement and commercialization. This support is expected to contribute not only to the successful establishment and performance of innovative startups, but also to the creation of quality private sector jobs.
