9일 더불어민주당 대구시당 김대중홀에서 출마 기자회견을 개최한 박형룡 후보는 “민주당 대구시당이 대선 승리의 결정타가 되는 기적을 만들겠다”고 포부를 밝혔다.

그는 “대구에서 기적을 만들기 위해서는 확고한 리더십이 필요하다”며 “저는 강단 있고 소신있는 리더, 비전제시 능력을 갖춘 소통형 리더, 대구에 정치적인 뼈를 묻을 정책전문가”라고 스스로를 소개했다.

그러면서 대구시당 발전을 위한 목표로 지방선거 70석 확보와 대선득표율 25% 획득 기반 조성을 제시했다.
