회계별로는 일반회계가 올해보다 80억 원(0.79%) 증가한 1조 60억 원, 특별회계는 30억 원(2.82%) 감소한 1,010억 원으로 편성됐다.

일반회계 세부 구성은 사회복지 분야가 3,012억 원으로 전체의 29.95%를 차지하며 가장 높은 비중을 보였다. 이어 농림해양수산 1,590억 원(15.81%), 환경 733억 원(7.29%), 문화·관광 723억 원(7.19%), 국토·지역개발 704억 원(7.01%), 교통·물류 658억 원(6.55%) 순으로 배분됐다.
