최기문 영천시장은 “일반회계 1조 원 편성은 영천시 재정 역량을 한 단계 끌어올리는 전환점이 될 것”이라며 “미래 성장 기반을 더욱 확고히 하고, 시민의 삶을 풍요롭고 편안하게 만드는 데 행정력을 집중하겠다”고 말했다.
