단체는 의정활동 감시지표로 출석, 5분 발언, 시정질문, 대표조례 제정·폐기·전면개정, (행정사무감사 등) 의원별 정책 관련 보도자료, 각종 토론회 참여, 의원 주최 정책토론회 개최, 청원(입법청원 등), 지방의회 의장 등 9개의 평가지표와 음주운전·성비위, 청부입법·이해충돌, 사회적 물의 등 감점 지표를 공개했다.
