【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=대구시와 한국산업단지공단은 3일 유입 청년을 위한 ‘지역청년 공유사택’ 운영을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

3일, 시에 따르면 이번 협약은 취·창업으로 타 지역에서 대구로 유입된 청년에게 한국산업단지공단 보유의 오피스텔을 주거공간으로 제공함으로써 유입 청년의 지역 정착을 지원하기 위해 마련됐다.

이번 협약으로 한국산업단지공단은 대구 북구 소재 오피스텔 30호실을 ‘지역청년 공유사택’으로 제공하며, 입주자는 현재 시가 추진 중인 청년 귀환 채널구축 사업과 대구 유입 청년 경력직 일자리 매칭사업 참여자 중에서 선발한다. 

입주 기간은 1년 단위로 최대 3년까지이고, 관리비는 입주자가 부담해야 하며, 16명의 청년이 올해 입주할 예정이다.

향후 대구시와 한국산업단지공단은 지역 상생·협력 발전 및 지역 청년의 안정적인 주거 지원에 필요한 정책 및 사업의 발굴과 추진을 위해 함께 노력할 예정이다.

안중곤 대구시 청년여성교육국장은 “타 지역 청년이 대구에 와서 취·창업하고 정착하는 데 이번 주거지원이 도움이 되기를 바란다”며, “주거공간을 제공해주신 한국산업단지공단에 감사드리며 앞으로도 지역 청년의 주거지원을 위해 함께 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

한편 대구시는 유출된 청년의 귀환을 목적으로 ‘청년 귀환 채널구축 사업’과 ‘대구 유입 청년 경력직 일자리 매칭사업’을 시행 중이다.

올해는 ‘청년 귀환 채널구축 사업’의 취업편, 창업편, 프리랜서편에 총 82명의 타 지역 청년이 참가했으며, ‘대구 유입 청년 경력직 일자리 매칭사업’에는 60명의 타 지역 경력직 청년이 참여 중이다.

Meanwhile, Daegu City is implementing the 'Youth Return Channel Establishment Project' and the 'Daegu Inflow Youth Job Matching Project' for the purpose of returning the youths who were leaked.

This year, a total of 82 youths from other regions participated in the employment, start-up, and freelance programs of the ‘Youth Return Channel Establishment Project’, and 60 experienced youths from other regions are participating in the ‘Daegu Inflow Youth Job Matching Project’.
