【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=대구 서구청(구청장 류한국)은 ‘2022년 청소년 선도보호 구․군 평가’에서 최우수 기관으로 선정됐다고 21일 밝혔다.
서구는 청소년 안전망 운영 활성화 수준, 청소년 선도보호, 청소년 권익증진, 학교 밖 청소년 지원 등 6개의 평가항목 전반에 걸쳐 높은 점수를 받았다.
올 한 해 서구는 지역사회 연계기관·단체와 협력체계를 구축하여 학교주변·유흥업소 밀집지역 등 청소년보호 취약지에 대해 유해환경 점검 및 단속을 집중적으로 실시했다.
또 청소년 맞춤형 서비스 제공으로 청소년의 심리 안정을 통한 일상으로의 복귀를 지원하고 청소년 주도성 강화를 위한 다양한 프로그램을 운영하여 청소년의 사회참여의식 확산을 도모했다.
류한국 서구청장은 “청소년들이 안전한 환경에서 꿈과 희망을 가지고 적극적으로 삶에 대처하는 자세를 가질 수 있도록 청소년 선도보호 활동에 최선을 다하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
