이번 공모전은 학생들이 직접 대학혁신 프로그램을 기획·제안하는 과정을 통해 대학의 현황과 학생들의 실제 요구를 분석하고, 창의적 문제 해결 능력과 대학혁신에 대한 참여도를 높이기 위해 마련됐다.

공모전에는 재학생들이 참여해 각자의 아이디어를 담은 기획서를 제출했으며, 대학혁신지원단은 심사를 거쳐 최우수상 1명과 우수상 2명 등 총 3명의 수상자를 선정했다.

최우수상은 간호학과 권효재 학생이 수상했으며, 문화적 다양성을 지원하기 위한 다문화 교육 지원 프로그램을 제안해 높은 평가를 받았다. 우수상은 간호학과 김정현·장현진 학생이 각각 수상했으며, 지역사회와 연계한 봉사활동 프로그램과 미래 기술 역량 강화를 위한 AI·DX 기반 교육 프로그램을 발표해 참석자들의 큰 호응을 얻었다.

김병용 대학혁신지원단장은 “학생들이 직접 대학의 변화를 설계하고 제안하는 경험은 매우 뜻깊다”며 “앞으로도 학생 주도의 대학혁신 프로그램을 지속적으로 확대해 선린대학교가 미래 교육을 선도하는 혁신 플랫폼으로 자리매김할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Sunlin University Holds Awards Ceremony for "Plan Your Own Innovation Project" Contest

Sunlin University held the "Plan Your Own Innovation Project Contest 2025" awards ceremony at 5:00 PM on the 12th in the Insan Hall conference room as part of its University Innovation Support Project.

This contest was designed to analyze the current state of the university and the actual needs of students by having students plan and propose university innovation programs themselves. It also aimed to enhance creative problem-solving skills and student engagement in university innovation.

Current students participated in the contest, submitting proposals containing their ideas. The University Innovation Support Team reviewed the submissions and selected three winners: one grand prize winner and two excellence awards.

The grand prize went to Kwon Hyo-jae, a student in the Department of Nursing. He received high praise for his proposal of a multicultural education support program to promote cultural diversity. The excellence awards went to Kim Jeong-hyun and Jang Hyun-jin, both students in the Department of Nursing. They presented volunteer programs linked to the local community and an AI/DX-based education program to enhance future technology capabilities, which garnered enthusiastic responses from attendees.

Kim Byeong-yong, head of the University Innovation Support Center, said, “It is very meaningful for students to directly design and propose changes to the university,” and added, “We will continue to expand student-led university innovation programs and actively support Sunlin University so that it can establish itself as an innovative platform leading future education.”
