【브레이크뉴스 예천】이성현 기자=예천군은 경상북도가 시행하는 주거취약계층 주택 중개보수 지원사업 신청 접수를 시작했다고 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 기초생활수급자와 차상위계층의 주거 이전에 따른 경제적 부담을 완화하기 위한 것으로, 2025년 1월 1일 이후 1억 원 이하 주택의 매매 또는 전·월세 임대차 계약을 체결하고 중개보수를 지급한 경우 최대 30만 원까지 지원받을 수 있다. 단, 계약 체결 후 예천군 관내로 전입신고를 완료해야 한다.
신청은 예천군청 종합민원과 토지관리팀을 통해 방문 또는 우편으로 가능하며, 신청서와 함께 기초생활수급자 증명서 또는 차상위계층 확인서, 주민등록등본(최근 5년 주소변동사항 포함), 매매·임대차계약서 사본, 중개보수 지급 영수증 사본, 통장 사본(압류방지통장 제외), 개인정보 수집·이용 및 제3자 제공 동의서를 제출해야 한다.
대리 신청 시에는 위임장과 대리인 신분증 사본, 대상자 본인서명사실확인서 또는 인감증명서 등 추가 서류가 필요하다.
군청에 접수된 서류는 경상북도 토지정보과로 제출되며, 대상자 검토를 거쳐 신청 시기에 따라 이달 또는 다음 달 말에 지원금이 지급될 예정이다.
장명화 종합민원과장은 “이번 지원사업이 경제적 어려움과 주거 이전 비용 상승으로 부담을 느끼는 주거취약계층은 물론, 지역 중개업 종사자들에게도 작은 도움이 되기를 바란다”고 말했다.

Yecheon County announced that it has opened applications for the Housing Brokerage Fee Support Program for Vulnerable Residents, implemented by Gyeongsangbuk-do Province.
This program aims to alleviate the financial burden of residential relocation for basic livelihood security recipients and those in the near-poor class. Those who sign a purchase or lease agreement for a home valued at 100 million won or less after January 1, 2025 and pay a brokerage fee are eligible for up to 300,000 won in support. However, they must complete a move-in report within Yecheon County after signing the contract.
Applications can be submitted in person or by mail to the Land Management Team of the General Civil Affairs Division of Yecheon County Office. The application must include a certificate of basic livelihood security recipient status or a certificate of near-poor class status, a copy of their resident registration (including address changes within the past five years), a copy of the sale/lease agreement, a copy of the brokerage fee payment receipt, a copy of their bankbook (excluding seizure-prevention accounts), and a consent form for the collection, use, and third-party provision of personal information.
When applying through a proxy, additional documents are required, including a power of attorney, a copy of the proxy's ID, and a certificate of authenticity of the applicant's signature or seal.
Documents received by the county office will be submitted to the Gyeongsangbuk-do Land Information Division. After review, applicants will receive the subsidy at the end of this month or next month, depending on the application period.
Jang Myeong-hwa, Head of the General Civil Affairs Division, said, "We hope this support program will provide some small relief to those in vulnerable housing situations who are burdened by economic hardship and rising relocation costs, as well as to local real estate agents."
