이번 사업은 막내 자녀가 13세 미만인 세자녀 이상 가정을 대상으로 하며, 가족 전원이 예천군에 주소를 두고 있을 경우 연간 진료비 본인부담금을 기존 5만 원에서 최대 10만 원까지 확대 지원한다. 이를 통해 다자녀 가정의 의료비 부담을 실질적으로 경감한다는 계획이다.

아울러 기존 방문 신청 방식에 더해 온라인 신청을 병행해 대상 가정의 접근성과 편의성을 높였다. 온라인 신청은 정부24 누리집을 통해 가능하며, 신청서와 진료비 및 약제비 본인부담금 납입 영수증, 통장 사본, 주민등록등본 등을 첨부파일로 제출하면 된다.

예천군 관계자는 “이번 제도 개선이 세자녀 이상 가정의 의료비 부담 완화에 도움이 되길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 아이 키우기 좋은 환경을 조성하기 위해 다양한 지원책을 지속적으로 마련하겠다”고 말했다.
