계명대 행소박물관은 문화체육관광부가 주최하고 (사)한국대학박물관협회가 주관하는 2022년 대학박물관 진흥지원 국고 사업에 선정됨에 따라 4월 29일(목)부터 6월 30일(일)까지 국립광주박물관 및 계명대학교 총동창회와 공동으로 특별전 진행에 나선다.

이번 특별전은 국립광주박물관에서 진행된 특별전의 순회전시로 국립중앙박물관, 국립광주박물관, 국립대구박물관, 국립춘천박물관이 소장하고 있는 명품 청자 및 최근 발굴된 청자를 비롯하여 계명대학교 행소박물관 및 계명문화대학교가 소장하고 있는 청자 100여 점을 전시하여 실생활에 쓰인 청자의 차와 술그릇으로서의 특징을 살펴볼 수 있다.

이는 대구·경북지역에서 명품 도자기를 관람할 수 있는 기회일 뿐만 아니라 영남과 호남지역의 문화교류 차원에서 중요한 전시이다.

특히 대학박물관에서 국립박물관의 명품 청자를 100점(참고사항: 유물의 보험평가액: 약 95억) 가까이 전시하는 것은 이례적인 것으로 전시를 통해 고려청자의 아름다운 색과 문양뿐만 아니라 고려 사람들의 삶과 정신세계를 엿볼 수 있다.

김권구 행소박물관 관장은 “이번 전시는 기존 고려청자의 아름다운 곡선과 색깔, 문양 등 미학적 연구에서 벗어나 고려 사람들의 실생활 속에서 차를 만들어 마시고, 술을 담고 마시는 용도에 따라 발전한 청자의 기능적인 측면을 찾으려 한 점에서 의의가 있다고 생각한다.”고 이번 특별전의 의미를 설명했다.

아울러 전시 기간 동안에는 전시 연계 특강으로 장남원 이화여자대학교 미술사학과 교수의 ’고려시대 청자와 차 문화‘, 김윤정 고려대학교 문화유산융합학부 교수의 ’고려 왕실의 연례 문화와 청자 주기(酒器), 강우방 일향한국미술사연구원장의 ‘고려청자의 본질과 상징’이 진행될 예정이다. 또한, 전시 연계 체험으로 ‘꿈과 희망을 그리다-도자기 문양 컵 만들기’도 운영된다.

전시 관람은 무료이며 공휴일을 포함하여 월요일부터 토요일까지 오전 10시부터 오후 5시까지 관람이 가능하다.
