【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=계명대학교 동산의료원(의료원장 이세엽)은 한국보건의료정보원이 주관하는 ‘2022년 의료데이터 안심활용센터 구축 지원사업’에 선정됐다고 20일 밝혔다.

이번 사업은 의료데이터의 활용도와 중요성이 나날이 증대되는 만큼, 보건의료데이터의 민감성과 특수성을 고려하여, 연구자가 K-CURE(임상데이터 네트워크 구축사업), 공공기관 보유 데이터를 연구목적 범위 내에서 안전하게 활용하기 위해 추진됐다. 

이를 위해, 권역별로 의료데이터 안심활용센터가 구축되며 계명대 동산의료원, 원주세브란스기독병원, 충남대병원 3개 기관이 수행기관으로 선정됐다

 계명대 동산의료원은 2023년 3월까지 의료데이터 안심활용센터를 구축하고 2025년까지 사업을 지속·운영하게 된다.
