【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=   대구시와 대구테크노파크는 지역 중소·벤처기업의 코스닥·코넥스 상장(IPO)지원을 위해 ‘2023년 상장(IPO)활성화 지원사업’ 참여 기업을 모집한다고 25일 밝혔다.

상장(IPO)활성화 지원사업은 증시상장을 희망하는 지역 중소기업에게 특화된 다양한 맞춤형 상장지원 프로그램을 제공하기 위해 지난해부터 추진해온 사업이다.

대구시는 지역 유망한 중소·벤처기업의 상장을 체계적으로 지원하기 위해 2021년 9월 전문기관인 한국거래소, 한국예탁결제원, 대구은행, 하이투자증권, 대구테크노파크와 6자간 업무협약으로 원스톱 지원체계를 마련했다. 

올해 상장을 희망하는 우수 중소기업 8개사 내외로 선정·지원할 계획으로, 지원대상은 대구시 내에 본사 및 주사업장(제조업의 경우 공장)이 있는 중소·중견기업이다.

지원 프로그램은 국제회계기준(IFRS) 도입 및 전환, 내부통제시스템 구축, 상장전문 컨설팅, 기업기술·가치평가 등 상장 준비에 필요한 전 분야를 단일 또는 패키지 형태로 기업당 최대 5천만 원까지 지원한다.

모집 기간은 오는 28일부터 5월 11일까지며 사업 참여에 대한  자세한 사항은 (재)대구테크노파크 홈페이지 , 대구하나로지원센터, 대구시 창업 허브에서 확인할 수 있다.

안중곤 대구시 경제국장은 “상장사가 턱없이 부족한 지역에서 사업을 시작한 첫해 2개 사가 상장하는 가시적인 성과를 거두었다”며 “앞으로도 지역기업의 성장에 도움이 될 수 있도록 상장활성화 지원사업을 지속적으로 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.
