【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=국립금오공과대학교(총장 곽호상)가 경북문화재단이 시행하는 ‘2022년 예술인파견지원-경북예술로(路)’사업의 운영기관으로 선정되었다고 밝혔다.

경북예술로 사업은 예술(인)의 가치를 존중하고 예술 협업에 대한 적극적 지원 및 협조가 가능한 기관을 운영기관으로 선정해, 기업·기관의 수요를 반영한 다양한 예술 협업을 실행할 수 있도록 하는 사업이다.

이번 사업의 운영기관으로 선정된 금오공대 평생교육원은 신평동에 있는 평생교육원을  열린 ‘문화적 공유지’로 실현하기 위해 공간디자인과 공연 기획 등의 분야에서 다양한 협업을 진행할 계획이라고 전했다.

금오공대 관계자는 “공간의 정체성을 구현할 수 있는 디자인으로 리뉴얼할 예정이다”라면서 “지역 주민들이 언제, 어디서나 즐길 수 있는 공연 기획을 통해 금오공대 평생교육원을 시민을 위한 행복한 공간으로 조성하고자 한다.”고 말했따.

한편 지난달  30일 금오공대 청운대에서는 경북예술로 사업을 위한 오리엔테이션이 진행됐다.

오리엔테이션에는 도내 5개 기관 관계자 및 예술인 25명, 경북문화재단 관계자 등 총 40여 명이 참석했으며, 기관 및 리더예술인, 참여예술인 간의 팀 매칭이 이뤄졌다. 

김영형 금오공대 평생교육원장은 “상상력과 창의력을 기반으로 한 예술인과의 협업을 통해 평생교육원이 시민들에게 친근한 문화적 공간으로 거듭날 수 있는 계기가 될 것으로 기대한다”며, “지역민들에게 문화 향수의 기회를 제공하는 공간 조성을 통해  누구나 찾아가고 싶은 환경을 제공할 수 있도록 노력하겠다.”고 말했다

오는 5월 4일에는 구체적인 사업 시행을 위한 간담회 및 컨설팅이 진행될 예정이다.

On the other hand, on the 30th of last month, an orientation for the Gyeongbuk Art Road project was held at Cheongwoon University of Geumoh University.

A total of 40 people, including officials and 25 artists from 5 institutions in the province, and officials from the Gyeongbuk Cultural Foundation, attended the orientation, and team matching was made between institutions, leading artists, and participating artists.
