【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=더불어민주당 대구시당이 전국정당추진특별위원회 출범식 및 협력의원단 발대식에 참석했다고 9일 밝혔다.

이날 오전11시, 국회도서관 강당에서 열린 행사는 더불어민주당이 특정 지역에 국한되지 않고 전국정당으로 자리매김하겠다는 다짐을 다지기 위해 마련됐다.

행사에는 이재명 당대표와 박찬대 원내대표를 비롯해 민주당 협력 국회의원들과 허소 대구시당위원장 등이 참석했다.

전국정당추진특별위원회는 영남권과 강원 등 비수도권 지역에서 실질적인 정책 전략을 수립하고 당 차원의 지원을 강화하기 위해 설립된 특별기구다.

이에 따라 협력의원단은 지역 간 정책 연대를 강화하고, 험지 지역의 특성과 주민들의 목소리를 반영한 맞춤형 정책을 추진함으로써 지역 간 정치 불균형 해소를 위해 노력을 다하겠다는 의지를 밝혔다.

민주당 대구시당은 전국정당추진특별위원회와 협력의원단을 통해 대구시민의 목소리를 당의 정책과 비전에 반영하고 지역 발전과 시민 삶의 질 향상을 도모할 예정이다.

허소 대구시당위원장은 “전국정당화는 정치 불균형 해소를 통해 대한민국 정치 발전에 기여하고, 민주당이 더 강한 정당이 되기 위한 필수 과제”라며 “대구시당 또한 전국적 지지 기반 확립을 위해 적극적으로 역할을 다하겠다”고 강조했다.

The Special Committee for the Promotion of National Parties is a special organization established to establish practical policy strategies and strengthen party-level support in non-metropolitan areas such as the Yeongnam region and Gangwon region.

Accordingly, the cooperative members of the National Assembly expressed their will to do their best to resolve political imbalances between regions by strengthening policy solidarity between regions and promoting customized policies that reflect the characteristics of difficult regions and the voices of residents.

The Daegu City Party of the Democratic Party plans to reflect the voices of Daegu citizens in the party’s policies and vision through the National Party Promotion Special Committee and the Cooperative Assembly Group, and to promote regional development and improvement of citizens’ quality of life.

Daegu City Party Chairman Heo So emphasized, “National partyization is an essential task for contributing to the development of Korean politics by resolving political imbalance and for the Democratic Party to become a stronger party,” and “The Daegu City Party will also actively play a role in establishing a nationwide support base.”
