【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=  대구 달서구(구청장 이태훈)는 '저신용 소상공인 금융지원사업 평가'에서 전국 우수 지자체로 선정돼 특별교부세 2억을 받았다고 29일 밝혔다.

행정안전부는 저신용 소상공인·자영업자 금융지원사업을 추진한 전국 지자체를 대상으로 올해 1월부터 10월까지 사업 추진 실적 평가를 실시했다. 

또 지난 14일 행정안전부 세종청사에서  ‘저신용 소상공인·자영업자 금융지원 우수사례 발표평가’도 실시했다.

최종 평가에서 달서구는 대구 지자체 중 유일하게 저신용 소상공인 금융안정에 기여한 공로를 인정받아 전국 우수 13개 지자체 중 하나로 선정됐다. 

  달서구는 올해 지역최초로 신용등급이 낮아 금융기관 대출이 어려운 저신용 소상공인을 대상으로 최고 500만원까지 대출해주는 저신용 소액 대출 지원사업을 신설했다. 

또 기존 경영안정자금의 지원 대상을 신용등급 3등급 이하에서 전체 등급으로 확대하고 이차보전도 최초 1년간 2.3%에서 2년간 2%로 늘려 지원했다. 

특히 구청 민원실에서 월1회 찾아가는 금융상담실 운영, 달서경제지원단 활동을 통한 경영안정자금 홍보에도 노력했다.

  이태훈 달서구청장은 “우리구는 고금리 시대에 자금사정이 어려운 저신용 소상공인·자영업자들의 고충을 줄이기 위해 많은 관심을 기울였다."며" 앞으로도 저신용 소상공인 지원과 금융사각지대 해소를 위해 지속적으로 노력하겠다.” 고 밝혔다.

In addition, the target of the existing management stabilization fund was expanded from a credit rating of 3 or lower to all credit ratings, and secondary compensation was increased from 2.3% for the first year to 2% for 2 years.

In particular, efforts were made to promote the management stabilization fund through the operation of a monthly financial counseling center at the civil affairs office of the district office and the activities of the Dalseo Economic Support Group.
