이날 유세에서 이재명 후보는 “국가 권력은 국민을 위해 존재하며, 대통령도 국민이 뽑은 일꾼일 뿐”이라고 강조했지만, 시민들과의 소통을 기대한 유권자들 입장에서는 말과 행동이 엇갈린 인상도 남겼다.

현장을 지켜본 한 상인은 “이 후보가 직접 손을 흔들고 시민들과 눈을 맞추려는 모습은 좋았지만, 정작 옆에서는 경호원들이 시민들을 밀어내고 있었다”며 “말로는 경청투어지만, 진짜로 귀를 열고 있는 건지 의문”이라고 지적했다.
