또한 “2021년 이 후보는 아들이 1천만 원 정도를 잃고 빚을 졌다고 해명했지만, 실제 입금 금액은 이와 큰 차이를 보인다”며 “국민을 상대로 거짓말을 일삼는 후보는 정치할 자격이 없다”고 비판했다.
조 대표는 아들의 음란 댓글 논란도 함께 언급하며 “수신제가조차 안 된 이 후보는 지금이라도 사퇴하는 것이 옳다”고 덧붙였다.
한편, 우리공화당 지도부와 당원들은 이날 인천 미추홀, 경기 시흥·안산·군포 등을 돌며 김문수 후보에 대한 지지를 호소했다.
