군은 지난 1월 할인 판매에 대한 높은 관심과 설 명절 소비 수요를 반영해 2월 판매 규모를 기존 대비 두 배로 늘려 총 25억 원 규모로 확대했다. 판매 규모는 지류와 카드형 상품권 각각 12억 5,000만 원씩이며, 보다 많은 군민이 혜택을 누릴 수 있도록 1인당 월 구매 한도는 40만 원으로 제한된다.

영덕사랑상품권은 NH농협은행 영덕군지부를 포함한 관내 금융기관 28개 판매대행점에서 구매할 수 있다. 카드형 상품권은 지역사랑상품권 ‘chak’ 앱을 통해 충전하거나 판매대행점을 방문해 오프라인으로도 충전이 가능하다.

황정기 영덕군 일자리경제과장은 “설 연휴를 앞두고 지역 내 소비를 촉진하고 더 많은 군민이 할인 혜택을 누릴 수 있도록 판매 규모를 확대했다”며 “25억 원 한도 내에서 할인 행사가 진행되는 만큼 예산이 소진되기 전에 많은 이용을 바란다”고 말했다.
