대구보건대학교 수시 2차 면접이 진행된 지난 26일 미래관 베이커리 카페 실습실에서 면접을 보러 온 수험생과 학부모를 대상으로 대구보건대 호텔제과제빵학과의 해외취업전략 및 애프터눈 디저트 특강이 진행되었다.

1부 특강에서는 세계적인 프랑스 제과학교(르 꼬르동 블루)를 졸업하고 대학에서 강의 중인 양지은 교수(2013년 졸업)가 해외 맞춤형 특강과 상담을 진행했고 2부에서는 유명 디저트 브랜드인 1993 디저트 대표이자 강사로 출강 중인 한선아 교수(2014년 졸업)가 재학생들과 함께 3종류 휘낭시에 세미나를 열었다.

행사에 참가한 이주희 수험생은 “친절한 선배님들과 함께 실습을 진행하며 면접에 대한 긴장을 풀 수 있었다”면서 “수시에 합격해 대구보건대학교의 좋은 실습 환경에서 공부해 보고 싶다.”는 소감을 전했다.

호텔제과제빵학과 강석우 학과장은 “면접을 기다리는 수험생과 학부모님들에게 조금이나마 도움이 되길 바라는 마음에서 준비했다”며 “앞으로도 차별화된 제과제빵 프로그램을 개발해 대학 브랜드 위상을 확고히 하겠다.”고 말했다.
