임준희 경북교육감 예비후보가 각계의 인사와의 사회적인 인연이 반영하여 선거대책위원회의 인선을 발표했다.

29일 임준희 예비후보는 선대위 공동선대위원장으로 부경대 사무국장 시절에 모셨던 인연이 있는 박맹언 전)부경대 총장, 고등학교 은사이신 천태오 전)경산교육지원청 교육장, 후보의 대구부감시절 대구교육청 정책통이었던 권연숙 전)대구 남부교육지원청 교육장, 동향출신으로 친교를 맺고 있던 한대영 전)국민의힘 경상북도 정책본부장을 선임했다.

상임고문으로는 조영철 경북향교전교협의회 회장을, 고문에는 김달헌 성균관 부관장, 박종우 대구광역시 박씨종친회 회장, 이동복 동북아교육연구소 소장을, 총괄본부장에는 이종룡 전)유네스코 경북협회 회장을 위촉했다. 

선대위측은 그 외 포항선거사무소의 분야별 본부장 및 23개 시·군 본부장, 특보단, 자문위원단 등의 인선을 모두 완료했다고 밝혔다.

임준희 경북교육감 예비후보는 “30여 년간 교육부와 청와대, 국립대, 그리고 대구·경남교육청 부교육감을 지내면서 쌓은 경험과 탄탄한 중앙 정·관계의 인맥을 바탕으로 쇠퇴하는 경북교육을 개혁할 계획”이라면서 “폐쇄적이며 관료주의에 빠져있는 경북교육계의 잘못된 관행과 폐습을 일소하여 경북교육 바로세우기에 전력을 다하겠다.”고 전했다.

On the 29th, preliminary candidate Lim Jun-hee served as co-election chairperson of the election committee and had a relationship with Pukyong National University secretary general Park Maeng-eon (former) Pukyong National University president, high school teacher Cheon Tae-oh (former) Gyeongsan Educational Support Office Superintendent of Education, Kwon Yeon-sook, Daegu Office of Education’s policy chief during the candidate’s Daegu deputy head Former) Daegu Nambu Office of Education Head of Education, Han Dae-young, who was from Dongdong and had a friendship, was appointed former) head of the People's Power Gyeongsangbuk-do Policy Headquarters.

Cho Young-cheol, chairman of the Gyeongbuk Hyanggyo Association, as a permanent advisor, Kim Dal-heon, deputy director of Sungkyunkwan, Park Jong-woo, president of the Park Clan Association of Daegu Metropolitan City, Lee Dong-bok, director of the Northeast Asian Education Research Center, and Lee Jong-ryong, former president of UNESCO Gyeongbuk Association as general manager.

The Election Commission announced that the appointment of the head of the Pohang Election Office by field, the head of 23 city/gun offices, the special task force, and the advisory committee has been completed.

Preliminary Candidate Jun-hee Lim of the Gyeongbuk Superintendent of Education said, “I plan to reform the declining Gyeongbuk education based on my experience accumulated while serving the Ministry of Education, the Blue House, the national university, and the Daegu and Gyeongnam Office of Education as an assistant superintendent for over 30 years and a strong network of central government and relations.” I will do my best to straighten Gyeongbuk education by eradicating the wrong practices and abusive practices of the Gyeongbuk education community, which is engrossed in bureaucracy.”
