그러면서 “지출한 계좌도 이미 예금돼 있는 돈을 송금해서 지출했다”며 “당시 선거가 매우 바쁘고 또 규정을 잘 몰라서 개인 계좌에서 바로 송금하는 실수를 했다”고 강조했다.

윤 구청장은 재판 직후 혐의와 건강 등을 묻는 취재진에 “주민들께는 충분히 사과하고 있다”며 “건강은 괜찮다”고 말하며 침묵하던 첫 공판 때와 다른 모습을 보였다.

윤석준 청장은 지방선거를 앞둔 2022년 4월 8일 선거관리위원회에 신고하지 않은 계좌에서 선거비용 5천300만원을 수입·지출한 혐의로 불구속 기소됐다.
