경북대는 의대생 전원이 복귀했다고 31일 밝혔다.
지난 30일 의대생 비상대책위원회가 논의를 거쳐 전원 복귀를 결정함에 따라 의대생 전원이 복학원을 제출한 것이다.
앞서 경북대는 지난 21일을 2025학년도 1학기 복학 신청 기한으로 정해 통보한 바 있다. 직후 상당수 학생이 복학을 신청했으나 전원 복귀는 이뤄지지 않았다. 이후 대학 측은 미복귀 의대생에게 제적 예정 안내문을 발송하는 등 강경한 조치를 취했다.
대학은 지난 21일 복학원 접수를 마감한 후 지금까지 온라인 수업을 중심으로 학사를 운영해왔다. 복귀 절차를 마친 학생들은 곧바로 수업에 임할 수 있게 된다.
경북대 관계자는 “전원 복학이 이루어진 만큼 학사 운영을 정상적으로 진행할 계획”이라고 말했다.
