김 의원은 “이번 조례 개정으로 구조심의의 전문성이 높아지고, 가설건축물에 대한 효율적인 관리 체계가 마련될 것”이라며 “불량 건축물의 무분별한 증식을 막는 데 도움이 될 것”이라고 말했다.
조례안은 상임위 심사를 거쳐 본회의에서 최종 의결될 예정이다.
