【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구시교육청은 ‘2026학년도 대학수학능력시험 9월 모의평가’를 지역 113개 시험장에서 일제히 시행한다고 2일 밝혔다.

3일 실시되는 시험은 한국교육과정평가원이 주관하며, 수능 출제 경향과 난이도를 가늠할 수 있는 마지막 점검 기회다.

 시험은 국어, 수학, 영어, 한국사, 사회·과학·직업탐구, 제2외국어·한문 영역으로 치러지며, 일부 과목은 선택형으로 운영된다. 

특히 한국사는 모든 수험생이 반드시 응시해야 하며, 미응시할 경우 성적 통지가 이뤄지지 않는다.

올해 대구지역 응시자는 총 2만4,149명으로 이 가운데 고3 재학생이 1만8,986명, 졸업생·검정고시생이 5,163명이다.

검정고시생과 타 시도 졸업생은 대구미래교육연구원 시험장에서 응시하고, 재수생은 출신 학교나 지정 학원 시험장을 선택할 수 있다.

시교육청은 학원 시험장에 감독관을 파견해 문제 보안과 운영을 철저히 관리할 방침이다.

아울러 시험 당일에는 전국 고1·2학년을 대상으로 한 전국연합학력평가도 함께 실시된다. 대구에서는 고1 학생 1만5,876명(73교), 고2 학생 1만8,542명(76교)이 응시해 학력 진단과 진로 설계를 지원받는다.

김종협 대구미래교육연구원장은 “수험생들이 진지한 자세로 평가에 임해 자신의 수준을 정확히 확인하길 바란다”며 “시험 운영에도 차질이 없도록 준비를 마쳤다”고 밝혔다.

The Daegu Metropolitan Office of Education announced on the 2nd that it will simultaneously administer the "2026 College Scholastic Ability Test September Mock Test" at 113 regional testing centers.

The test on the 3rd, administered by the Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation, is the final opportunity to gauge the trends and difficulty of the CSAT.

The test will cover Korean, Mathematics, English, Korean History, Social Studies, Science, Career Exploration, and a Second Foreign Language and Chinese Characters. Some subjects will be optional.

The Korean History test, in particular, is mandatory for all test takers; failure to take the test will result in the loss of scores.

A total of 24,149 test takers in the Daegu area this year, including 18,986 high school seniors and 5,163 graduates and GED test takers.

GED test takers and graduates from other cities and provinces will take the test at the Daegu Future Education Research Institute's testing site, while repeat test takers can choose their alma mater or a designated academy testing site.

The city's Office of Education plans to dispatch proctors to academy testing sites to thoroughly manage the security and operation of the test questions.

Furthermore, on the day of the test, the National Unified Academic Achievement Test (NUA) will also be administered to first- and second-year high school students nationwide. In Daegu, 15,876 first-year high school students (from 73 schools) and 18,542 second-year high school students (from 76 schools) will take the test, receiving academic assessments and career planning support.

Kim Jong-hyeop, Director of the Daegu Future Education Research Institute, stated, "We hope that test takers will approach the test with a sincere attitude and accurately assess their level. We have completed preparations to ensure smooth test administration."
