【브레이크뉴스 경북】진예솔 기자=더불어민주당 경북도당이 ‘영양군, 소멸을 넘어 생존으로 2024 토론회’를 개최한다고 30일 밝혔다.

오는 11월 6일 오후 6시 30분, 영양군 종합복지회관 대강당에서 지역소멸 극복과 지속 가능한 지역발전 모색을 위해 마련된 토론회가 열린다.

토론회는 대한민국 지역 소멸 1순위 지역으로 지정되어 위기를 직면한 영양군의 생존을 위해 필수적인 과제와 미래전략을 다룬다. 

특히 에너지 전환과 신재생에너지 활용, 지방 소멸 대응 전략 등 다양한 접근 방식이 제시되어, 지역 내 경제 활성화와 인구 유입을 위한 구체적인 방안이 논의될 것으로 보인다.

강남훈 사단법인 기본사회 이사장이 ‘에너지 전환과 공유부 기본소득’을 주제, 이성로 안동대학교 교수가 ‘영양군을 어떻게 변화시킬 것인가? 결국은 사람이다’라는 주제로 발제하고 이은영 휴먼앤데이타 소장의 사회로 깊이 있는 논의가 진행된다.

장희웅 전남 신안군 신재생에너지 과장이 ‘신재생에너지 성공 사례’를 소개하고, 이정헌 더불어민주당 국회의원이 ‘지방소멸 위기에 대응하는 지속가능한 발전 전략’, 경상북도 지방시대정책국이 ‘영양군, 소멸을 넘어 생존으로’라는 주제로 정책적 방향을 제시한다.

Ultimately, it’s about people’, and Lee Eun-young, Director of Human & Data, will moderate the in-depth discussion.

Jang Hee-woong, head of the Renewable Energy Division of Sinan-gun, Jeollanam-do, will introduce ‘Success Stories of Renewable Energy,’ Lee Jeong-heon, a member of the National Assembly from the Democratic Party of Korea, will present ‘Sustainable Development Strategy to Respond to the Crisis of Local Extinction,’ and Gyeongsangbuk-do Local Government Policy Bureau will present policy directions under the theme of ‘Yeongyang-gun, From Extinction to Survival.’
