【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구시의 노·사·민·정이 손을 맞잡고 가치 있는 일자리 만들기를 위해 본격 시동을 걸었다.

대구시는 16일 고용노동부 산하 노사발전재단의 2021년 노사상생형 지역일자리 컨설팅 지원사업에 선정되었다고 밝혔다.

앞서 대구시는 2월 대통령 직속 일자리위원회의 2021 상생형 지역일자리 특화·전문 컨설팅 지원 사업에 국비 1억 원을 확보한 바 있으며 이번 지원 사업에 선정되어 국비 1억 5천만 원을 확보했다.

상생형 지역일자리는 노‧사‧민‧정이 힘을 모아 상생의 가치를 담은 양질의 일자리 창출을 목적으로 하고 있으며, 지역경제 회복과 국가균형발전을 위해 정부가 야심차게 추진하는 사업이다. 

앞서 대구시는 2019년 6월 이래AMS 일자리 상생협약을 체결했으며, 작년 7월에는 대구형 상생일자리 추진위원회를 구성하고 새로운 상생형 지역일자리 모델 발굴을 적극 추진해 왔다. 

특히 미래 먹거리로 중점 추진하고 있는 ‘5+1’산업(미래차, 로봇, 물, 의료, 에너지와 스마트시티 분야)에서 상생형 지역일자리 모델 발굴을 꾸준히 모색해 왔으며, 이번 컨설팅 공모사업의 주제로 제안해 좋은 평가를 받았다. 

이번에 공모 선정된 컨설팅을 통해 미래자동차 및 물 산업 등 미래신산업 분야를 중심으로 지역에 맞는 대구형 상생일자리 모델로 구체화하고 발전시켜 빠른 시일 내에 정부 상생형 지역일자리에 신청할 계획이다. 

정부의 지정을 받은 상생형 지역일자리 참여기업은 정부와 지자체로부터 보조금, R&D, 경영 안정자금 및 세제혜택 등 맞춤형 인센티브를 전폭적으로 지원받게 된다.

홍의락 대구시 경제부시장은 “노·사·민·정이 함께 이래AMS 모델에 이은 또 다른 제2, 제3의 성공적인 대구형 상생일자리 모델을 발굴해 현재의 고용위기를 극복하고 지역 산업 전반의 체질 개선으로 이어지도록 최선의 노력을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
