【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구지역 청년과 워라밸 우수기업이 한자리에 모이는 ‘청년-워라밸기업 고용 매칭 페스타’가 오는 9월 9일 대구시민체육관에서 열린다.

대구행복진흥원이 주관하고 대구광역시가 주최하는 이번 행사는 지역 청년 정착과 우수 인재 확보를 위해 마련됐다.

행사에는 지역 워라밸 우수기업 30곳이 참여하며, 사전 면접과 현장 상담을 통해 청년 구직자와 직접 연결된다.

또 ‘워라밸 공감 토크쇼: 청년잡(JOB)담’, 유튜버 ‘박곰희 TV’의 재테크·투자 특강, 1:1 취업 컨설팅, 취업용 증명사진 촬영, 취업타로 등 다양한 프로그램이 진행된다.

배기철 대구행복진흥원 이사장은 “청년과 기업이 서로 만나고, 지역 정착과 인재 발굴에 도움 되는 의미 있는 자리”라며 “앞으로도 청년 지원과 워라밸 문화 확산을 통해 시민 행복에 기여하겠다”고 말했다.

The "Youth-Work-Life Balance Company Employment Matching Festa," bringing together Daegu youth and companies excelling in work-life balance, will be held at the Daegu Citizens' Gymnasium on September 9th.
