또 그는 “지난해 국정감사에서 김병욱 의원이 간호사 태움 문화에 대한 지적을 했고 이에 대해 심층면접을 진행하겠다는 답변을 했는데 실제 실시된 적 있나?” 질문을 이어갔다.

이에 김용림 경북대병원장은 “심층면접은 아니지만 퇴직 간호사들에게 상담을 실시했다.”면서 “가장 많은 퇴직 이유는 다른 병원으로의 이직이었다.”고 설명했다.

문정복 의원은 “경북대 병원의 자료를 살펴본 결과 간호 인력이 부족한 탓에 일이 힘들었기 때문으로 보인다.”고 지적하며 “면밀한 조사를 통한 근본적인 해결 방안을 찾을 필요가 있을 것으로 생각된다.”고 덧붙였다.
