연매출 5,135억에 달하는 프라다 코리아는 장애인고용 미달 기업 중 장애인고용부담금 2위를 차지했다. 본사 홈페이지에서 ‘장애인의 내재적 가치를 강력하게 인식하고 포용성과 지속가능성 의제 내에서 모든 사람을 지원하기 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다’라고 브랜드를 홍보한 것과 대조적으로 10년간 단 한 사람의 장애인도 채용하지 않았다.
