【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자= 대구 달서구(구청장 이태훈)는 오는 3월 3일까지 ‘2023년 마을공동체 활성화사업’참가단체를 공모한다고 밝혔다.

마을공동체 활성화사업은 지역사회에서 발생한 다양한 주민 욕구를 스스로 발굴해 주민 주도적으로 이웃과 소통하며 지역문제 해결로 살기 좋은 마을을 만드는 주민자치 사업이다.

이번 공모사업은 총 3개 분야, 12개 내외의 사업을 모집하며 사업별 지원규모는 처음 도전하는 ‘신참마을’ 200만원, 경험있는 ‘도약마을’ 300만원, 많은 주민이 참여하는 ‘주민화합행사’ 500만원 이내 사업비를 지원한다.

공모사업 주제는 주민이 주체가 돼 다양한 영역에서 마을의 공통 문제를 이웃과 소통하며 해결방안 마련으로 마을공동체 활성화사업에 기여할 수 있는 공익적 사업이면 된다.

 특히 금년에는 코로나19 거리두기가 완화됨에 따라 많은 주민들이 참여해 소통할 수 있는 주민화합행사를 작년 대비 확대 선정할 계획이다.

응모자격은 달서구에 주소를 두고 있는 주민 5인 이상 모임이나 단체는 누구나 가능하다.

 신청을 희망하는 공동체는 오는 3월 3일까지 구청 홈페이지에 게재된 공고문의 신청서식을 작성해 구청 총무과로 직접 방문하거나 우편을 통해 접수하면 된다. 

이태훈 달서구청장은 “어려운 상황에서도 서로 소통하는 공동체 문화의 확산이 사회 전체 회복의 작지만 위대한 첫걸음” 이라며 “주민주도형 마을공동체 활성화 사업을 지속적으로 발굴·지원해 나가겠다“ 고 밝혔다.
