【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=더불어민주당 경북도당이 26일 오전 10시 30분, 기자회견을 열고 생애주기별 10대 맞춤공약 설명회를 진행했다.

이날 임미애 경북도당위원장은 이번 총선에 대해 “수도권 일극주의와 지방소멸 극복을 위해서 수도권과 전쟁을 선포하는 선거”라고 표현했다.

그러면서 생애주기별 10대 맞춤공약으로 ▶지방 아기 기본소득 ▶학교시설의 평생돌봄 거점화를 통한 전 연령대 돌봄체계 구축 ▶전국 국‧공립대 정원 50% 지방학생 우선전형 실시 ▶거점별 스마트청년신도시 조성 및 유학도시 건설 ▶경북형 일자리 도입을 통한 신규 일자리 창출 ▶양곡관리법 조기 통과 및 농어업재해보험 개선 ▶농특산물 공동브랜드 개발 및 물류‧유통 공공화 추진 ▶2차 공공기관 이전 조기추진 및 지역 실거주 비중 공공기관 평가 50% 반영 ▶상급종합병원급 대학병원 유치 및 지역 응급의료역량 강화 ▶플라잉 엠뷸런스 도입을 제시했다.

임 위원장은 “지난 4개월 간 13개 지역위원회 위원장, 출마예정자, 핵심당직자들과 진행한 집중 인터뷰와 지역의 현안을 바탕으로 준비한 정책”이라고 소개했다.

이어 “이를 실현하기 위해 전남의 민주당과 협력을 하고 있다”며 “수도권 일극주의에 대응하는 정책들을 전남의 민주당과 함께 연대해서 구체화시켜 나가고 입법이 될 수 있도록 하겠다”고 약속했다.

오중기 후보(포항 북구)는 “그 어느 때보다도 치열하게 수많은 시민들과 소통하고 승리를 위해 뛰어다니고 있다”며 “이번 총선 반드시 승리해서 지역주의를 넘어서는 길을 가도록 하겠다”는 다짐을 전했다.

한편 이날 임미애 위원장은 “민주당 경북도당에서는 경북 13개 지역구 중 9개 지역구에 후보를 냈고 선거구가 확정이 되지 않은 두 곳과 경산, 영천‧청도 지역구에 후보가 비어있는 상태”라고 설명했다.

그러면서 “특히 경산 지역구는 진보당, 녹색정의당, 민주당, 국민의힘, 무소속 후보까지 있어 연대 이야기가 오고가는 상황”이라며 “현 상황에서 구체적인 이야기를 드리기가 어렵다”고 덧붙이기도 했다.
