【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자= 대구 달서구(구청장 이태훈)는 8일 관내 2개 대학생을 대상으로 '청년과 기업의 희망브릿지' 현장탐방을 실시했다고 밝혔다.
청년과 기업의 희망브릿지사업은 2013년부터 성서산업단지 내 지역우수기업에 대한 홍보의 기회를 제공하고 특성화고 및 대학생 등에게 지역기업을 소개해 학생들의 성공적인 취업을 지원하기 위해 추진 중이다.
성서산업단지관리공단과 협업으로 지역 중소기업의 인력문제 해소를 위해 지역 우수기업 현장탐방과 기업 채용설명회 등을 주요 내용으로 한다.
이번 현장탐방은 전유산업(주)과 한국야스카와전기(주)를 방문해 회사소개, 간담회, 현장견학 등의 시간을 가졌다.
이태훈 달서구청장은 “이 사업을 통해 구직난을 겪고 있는 지역 청년들과 우수한 인재 획득에 목말라 있는 지역 기업들이 서로를 발견하여 미래를 함께하는 기회를 잡을 수 있기를 바란다"며"앞으로도 다양한 사업추진으로 지역인재의 역외유출이 방지되고 지역기업에 정착할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
