【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구·경북(TK) 지역에서 전통적인 보수 지지 기반에 변화 조짐이 나타나고 있다. 

한국사회여론연구소(KSOI)가 5월 26일부터 27일까지 실시한 여론조사 결과, 국민의힘 김문수 후보는 TK 지역에서 51%의 지지율을 기록했다. 이는 과거 보수 후보들이 이 지역에서 보였던 60~70%대의 지지율에 비해 다소 낮은 수치다.

더불어민주당 이재명 후보는 전국적으로 49.3%의 지지를 받아 김 후보(36.8%)를 오차범위 밖에서 앞섰다.

또한, 리얼미터가 같은 기간 전국 18세 이상 유권자 1,003명을 대상으로 조사한 결과, 이재명 후보는 49.2%, 김문수 후보는 36.8%로 나타났다. 

특히 TK 지역에서는 이 후보 지지율이 42.2%로 김 후보(44.9%)와 격차가 줄어드는 경향을 보였다. 이 후보는 직전 조사 대비 TK 지역에서 10.6%포인트 상승했으며, 김 후보는 4.2%포인트 하락했다.

서울 지역에서도 이 후보 지지율은 43.2%로 이전 조사보다 상승해 김 후보(39.5%)를 앞섰다.

개혁신당 이준석 후보는 전국적으로 10%대 지지율을 기록하고 있으나, TK 지역에서는 상대적으로 낮은 지지를 받고 있다.

이번 조사는 모두 통신 3사 가상번호를 이용한 무선 자동응답(ARS) 방식으로 실시됐다. KSOI 조사 응답률은 7.3%, 리얼미터 조사 응답률은 10.1%이며, 표본오차는 95% 신뢰수준에서 ±3.1%포인트다.

각 후보들은 변화하는 TK 지역 민심을 주목하며 선거 전략에 반영하고 있다. 다만 여론조사 결과는 일정 시점의 의견을 반영한 것이며, 실제 투표 결과와 차이가 있을 수 있다.

There are signs of change in the traditional conservative support base in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk (TK) region.
