21일 오전 11시 민주평등사회를 위한 대구경북 교수연구자 연대회의는 2·28기념중앙공원 평화의 소녀상 앞에서 기자회견을 열고 "윤석열 정부의 ‘일제강제동원 피해 제3자 변제안’은 대한민국의 헌법을 유린한 불법적 처사이자 고통의 당사자인 징용피해자들의 권리를 무시한 반인권적 작태"라고 밝혔다.

그러면서 "가해자인 일본 전범기업이 지불해야 할 배상액을 국내기업이 각출한 돈으로 대리변제하도록 한 윤석열 정부의 기만적인 배상안은 대한민국 법원의 판결을 전면 부정한 위중한 매국 행위"라며 "대한민국 헌법과 삼권분립의 정신을 전면 부정한 윤석열의 국기문란 행위를 도저히 용서할 수 없다."고 질타했다.

이어 "한국 현대사의 비극을 만들었던 냉전체제가 다시 한·미·일, 북·중·러의 대결 구도로 재편됨으로써 한반도의 긴장이 고조되고 있다."며 "무지하고 오만한 윤 대통령이 대한민국의 평화와 안전을 위협하는 최대의 적이 되고 있다"고 덧붙였다.
