지난 2일 운영위원회를 열고 인선에 나선 정의당 대구시당은 신임 사무처장에 김성년 전 수성구의원을 임명하고 노동위원장 및 비상구 소장에 정은정 민주노총 부본부장을 선임했다고 밝혔다.

김성년 신임 사무처장은 “일방통행 홍준표 대구시정을 견제하고 대안을 제시하는 실력 있는 진보정당으로 자리매김하도록 노력하겠다.”라고 취임소감을 밝혔다.
정은정 노동위원장은 “정의당과 민주노총의 가교 역할과 함께 정의당의 노동자정당 가치를 더 강화하는 데 노력하겠다.”라고 말했다.
