대구시는 물산업클러스터 입주기업과 물 관련 개발사업 공유를 통한 물산업 혁신 기술을 개발·보급하기 위해 18일 오후 3시, 국가물산업클러스터에서 대구 물 관련 사업설명·간담회를 개최했다.
이번 간담회에는 대구시의 소관 사업 국‧본부, 대구도시공사, LH대구경북본부, 대구환경공단 및 한국물인증원을 비롯한 물산업클러스터 입주업체 대표들 등이 참석해 물산업 주요 관심사항을 공유했다.
대구시 주요 물 관련 개발사업은 하폐수처리장 통합 지하화, 신천생태하천복원사업, 상․하수도 스마트 관망관리 인프라 구축, 유체성능시험센터 건립 등으로 입주업체의 우수제품 우선구매 등 판로를 지원한다.
또한, 대구시는 지난 15일 물기업 및 물산업 육성을 위해 한국수자원공사와 협약을 통해 물기업의 기술개발 및 수요처 확대, 물기술 발전을 통해 세계 물기술 트렌드 및 선도기술을 선점과 더불어 해외진출에도 국가물산업클러스터 입주기업의 기술‧제품의 동반성장에 크게 이바지할 것으로 기대된다.
권영진 대구시장은 “국제적으로 어려운 여건이지만 국가물산업클러스터, 한국물기술인증원과 더불어물기업 간 네트워크를 구축해 다양한 정보를 공유해 대한민국의 물산업을 선도할 뿐만 아니라 세계시장을 선도할 수 있도록 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 말했다.
