【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구한의대학교(총장 변창훈) LINC3.0사업단(단장 박수진)이 대구대학교 LINC3.0사업단(단장 김현성)와 ‘식품산업 육성을 위한 K-FOOD Value Chain 구축 공유·협업 세미나’를 개최했다고 15일 밝혔다.

지난 8일 오후 5시 경산 인터불고C.C 그랜드볼룸에서 개최된 세미나는 식품(바이오)분야의 식품산업의 육성 및 활성화를 목적 상호 공유·협업을 위해 마련되었다.

 이 행사는 양 대학의 LINC3.0사업단이 기능성식품산업 기반 기술개발과 지역사회 맞춤형 솔루션제안으로 기업애로를 해결하고 지역산업 육성을 위한 전략적 공동 클러스터를 구축하기 위한 식품산업 인력양성과 기업지원 협업을 통한 역량 강화 및 지역사회와의 상생발전을 목표로 추진되었다.

세미나에서는 식품분야 산학협력 우수사례 발표, 식품산업과 연계된 기관인 대구한의대의 시험․분석 기관 DHU바이오융복합시험센터와 대구대학의 식품안전관리 교육기관인 HACCP교육원 소개로 진행되었다.

또한 사업단 관계자는 기업과의 추진 방향성 논의, 애로사항 등 산업체와의 공감대가 형성되었다.

이를 통한 공동산학협력협의체 구성이 기대되는 가운데 양 대학은 공동R&D. 공동재직자교육 등 다양한 방법으로 확대․개선해 나가는 방향으로 의견을 모았다.

대구대학교 김현성 단장은 “이 자리를 계기로 심도 있는 협업 프로그램이 기획돼야 하며, 실질적인 성과를 창출할 수 있는 구체적인 프로그램이 구성될 수 있도록 노력하겠다.”고 말하였다.

대구한의대학교 박수진 LINC3.0 사업단장은 “인사말을 통해 현재 사회전반으로 세부 기술격차의 경쟁이 심화되고 있는 만큼 각 대학 간의 협업을 통한 상생과 발전이 무엇보다 중요한 시점이라고 강조하고 이번 협업을 통하여 다양한 프로그램 및 공동기술연구개발 등에 대한 서로 상생하는 플랫폼을 구축하고 대학 간 공유․협업을 통해 우수한 성과가 이루어지기를 기대한다.”고 밝혔다.

  This event is aimed at nurturing human resources in the food industry and collaborating in corporate support to build a strategic joint cluster for fostering regional industries and resolving corporate difficulties through functional food industry-based technology development and community-tailored solution proposals by the LINC3.0 project teams of both universities. It was pursued with the goal of strengthening capacity and coexisting with the local community.

The seminar presented best practices of industry-university cooperation in the food sector, and introduced the DHU Bio Convergence Test Center, a test and analysis institute of Daegu Haany University, an institution linked to the food industry, and the HACCP Training Center, a food safety management education institute of Daegu University.

In addition, a consensus was formed with the industry by discussing the direction of promotion and difficulties with the business group officials.

With the formation of a joint industry-university cooperation council expected through this, the two universities are joint R&D. Opinions were gathered in the direction of expanding and improving in various ways, such as training for co-employees.
