경상북도의회가 제325회 임시회에서 2021년도 제2회 추가경정예산안동의안 및 조례안 등을 심의·의결했다.
이번 추경 예산 심의에서 기획경제위원회에 제출된 제2회 추가경정 세출예산안(일반회계)의 규모는 1조 6,532억 2,414만원으로, 기존 예산 대비 1,169억 2,631만원이 증액(7.73%) 편성되었다.
배진석(경주) 기획경제위원장은 “우리 기획경제위 소관 부서에서 코로나19로 어려움에 처한 상황을 극복하기 위해 고심 끝에 이번 추경안을 편성하였고, 우리 위원회에서도 그런 마음을 알기에 이번 추경 예산안을 꼼꼼히 검증하고자 많이 노력했다.”면서, “하루 빨리 코로나19로 힘든 지역경제가 활력을 되찾고, 도민들이 행복해 질수 있도록 위원회 역할을 충실히 수행하겠다.”고 말했다.
행정보건복지위원회(위원장 김하수) 소관 제2회 추경 예산안은 세출기준 아이여성행복국 40억원, 자치행정국 33억원, 복지건강국 6천 40억원으로 총 6천 113억원 규모이다.
김하수 위원장(청도)은 추경예산안 심사에서 “코로나19장기화로 인해 편성된 국민지원금이 신속 집행되어 현장에서 도민들이 견디고 있는 고통의 무게를 조금이나마 덜어드리고 코로나 위기가 미래를 향한 준비의 시간이 되어야 한다.”고 당부했다.
농수산위원회(위원장 남진복)가 심사한 2021년도 제2회 추가경정 세입․세출예산안은 농축산유통국 225억 1,619만원, 해양수산국 51억 4,064만원, 농업기술원 1,872만원의 규모이다.
