【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=당대표 도전 의사를 밝힌 안철수 국회의원이 20일 대구를 방문해 “당 지지율이 떨어지는 가장 큰 원인 중 하나가 이준석 전 대표”라며 강한 비판의 날을 세웠다.

이날 안 의원은 특강에 앞서 기자들을 만난 자리에서 이준석 전 대표 등에 대한 부정적인 입장을 밝혔다.

그는 “현재 우리 당의 지지율이 떨어지는 가장 큰 원인 중 하나가 이준석 대표”라고 비판하면서 “이 문제는 법으로 해결할 문제가 아니라 정치로 해결할 문제 아니겠나?”라고 반문했다.

그러면서 “본안 소송에는 시간이 많이 걸리니까 빠른 시간 내에 임시조치를 취하는 게 가처분인데 이것이 열흘 이상 늦어지는 이유를 생각해보면 법원에서도 시간을 줄 테니까 정당 내에서 정치적으로 해결하라는 것”이라고 덧붙여 말했다.

아울러 안철수 의원은 “이번에 정진석 비대위원장과 주호영 원내대표께서 정치적으로 문제를 잘 풀었으면 좋겠다고 생각한다.”면서 “먼저 이준석 전 대표는 가처분을 취하하고 당 중진을 포함해서 당직을 맡으신 분들이 이 문제에 대해 정치적으로 해결해야한다.”고 강조했다.

한편 당권 도전을 공식화한 안철수 의원은 가장 첫 행보로 국민의힘의 텃밭인 TK지역을 찾아 민심 공략에 나섰으며 이날 오후 5시에는 서문시장을 찾아 시민들을 만날 예정이다.
