국민의힘 대구선거대책위원회는 오전 9시, 수성구의회 1층에 마련된 범어1동 사전투표소에서 공식 사전투표 일정을 시작했다. 이 자리에는 주호영 대구선대위원장과 대구 지역 국회의원들이 함께하며, 보수 지지층의 결집을 독려했다.

이어 오전 10시 30분에는 더불어민주당과 조국혁신당 지도부가 대구 중구 2‧28기념회관 사전투표소를 찾아 사전투표에 참여했다.

더불어민주당에서는 추미애 중앙당 공동선대위원장과 한정애 선대위 수석부위원장이 참석했고, 조국혁신당에서는 박은정 국회의원이 함께했다.

이들은 대구 한복판에서 민주개혁 진영의 지지를 호소하며, 대구에서도 변화의 바람을 일으키겠다는 의지를 피력했다.

같은 날 오후 1시 30분에는 김부겸 더불어민주당 총괄선대위원장이 중구 대신동사전투표소(대신동행정복지센터 2층)를 찾았다. 

대구 출신으로 문재인 정부에서 총리를 지낸 김 위원장은 이번 대선에서 TK 민심 회복의 선봉에 서겠다는 의지를 거듭 강조해왔다.

여야 지도부가 사전투표 첫날부터 대구를 집중 방문한 것은, 이번 대선에서 대구경북 지역의 의미가 단순한 '보수 텃밭'을 넘어 전국 판세에 결정적 변수가 될 수 있다는 판단에서다.

특히 일부 여론조사에서 TK 지역 지지율이 예전만 못하다는 분석이 나오자, 국민의힘은 결집을 통한 안정적 승리를 도모하고 있다. 반면 민주당은 젊은 층과 중도층을 중심으로 '틈새 돌파'를 시도 중이다.

사전투표는 이틀간 진행되며, 치열한 경쟁 속에서 TK 민심이 어느 쪽 손을 들어줄지는 본투표일에 가려질 전망이다.

At 1:30 PM on the same day, Kim Bu-gyeom, the general election campaign committee chairman of the Democratic Party of Korea, visited the Daeshin-dong early voting station (2nd floor of the Daeshin-dong Administrative Welfare Center) in Jung-gu.

As a Daegu native and former prime minister under the Moon Jae-in administration, Chairman Kim has repeatedly emphasized his will to take the lead in restoring TK public sentiment in this presidential election.

The reason the ruling and opposition party leaders visited Daegu intensively from the first day of early voting is because they judged that the significance of the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region in this presidential election could be more than just a 'conservative stronghold' and could be a decisive variable in the national landscape.
