임 의원이 대표발의한 환경분야 4건, 노동분야 5건 등 총 9건 법안이 지난 26일 국회 본회의를 통과했다.
통과된 환경분야 법안은 ▶기후위기 대응을 위한 탄소중립ㆍ녹색성장 기본법 ▶대기관리권역의 대기환경개선에 관한 특별법 ▶환경영향평가법 ▶수도법 등이다.
노동분야의 경우, ▶남녀고용평등과 일·가정 양립 지원에 관한 법률 ▶고용보험법 ▶근로기준법 일부개정법률안 ▶산업안전보건법 등이 본회의를 통과했다.
임 의원은 22대 국회 개원 이후 현재까지 총 26건의 대표발의 법안 중 9건을 통과시켜 법안 통과율 34.6%를 보이고 있다.
임이자 의원은 “노동자들의 권익 보호와 환경 개선에 실질적인 기여를 할 것으로 기대한다”며 “앞으로도 이러한 민생법안을 통해 국민의 삶을 개선하고 지속 가능한 성장을 위한 정책을 적극 추진하겠다”고 강조했다.
